Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game SWARM ("the Game", "we", "us") handles information. By playing SWARM you agree to this policy.

Summary

SWARM does not require an account and does not ask you for any personal information. Your game progress is stored only on your device. The Game shows ads and offers in-app purchases, which are provided by Google; those services collect limited device information as described below.

Information we collect

We (the developer) do not collect or store any personal information about you. Your progress — levels cleared, stars, glow dust, cosmetics, and settings — is saved locally on your device and is never transmitted to us.

Information collected by third parties

To keep the Game free, SWARM uses the following Google services, which may collect information according to their own privacy policies:

We do not use any analytics SDK; the Game keeps no server-side data about you.

Children

SWARM is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the ad services, contact us and we will assist. If you are in a region with specific children's-privacy rules, please use your device's ad settings to limit ad personalization.

Data security & retention

Information handled by the ad and billing services is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections by those providers. Your on-device game data remains on your device and can be removed at any time by using Reset Progress in the Game's settings, or by uninstalling the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance.
