This policy explains how the mobile game SWARM ("the Game") handles information. By playing you agree to this policy.

Summary

The Game does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information. Your progress is stored only on your device. The Game shows ads provided by Google, which collect limited device information as described below.

What we collect

We (the developer) do not collect or store personal information about you. Game progress and settings are saved locally on your device and are never transmitted to us. We do not use any analytics SDK and keep no server-side data about you.

Collected by third parties

• Google AdMob (advertising) may collect your device's advertising ID and technical device information to serve and measure ads. You can reset or limit this ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). See Google's privacy policy.
• Google Play Billing — if the Game offers in-app purchases, Google processes the transaction. We never receive or store your payment details.
• Google Play Services, which the Game relies on for the above.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the ad services, contact us and we will assist. Device ad settings can be used to limit ad personalization.

Security & retention

Data handled by the ad and billing services is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections by those providers. On-device game data stays on your device and can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.

Your choices

• Reset or limit your advertising ID in device settings.
• Remove all local game data by clearing app data or uninstalling.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
